Saudi Arabian women have cruised through the streets on skateboards and scooters in a music video protesting the oppression of women in the Middle Eastern kingdom. The video — titled Hwages, which loosely translates to “concerns” — opens with three women wearing niqabs waiting in the back of an SUV.
