A Self Compassion Exercise
Things can get a little hectic in our modern lives. External pressures, internal expectations, feelings of inadequacy, fear of failure; these are all part of the modern human condition. Here’s a reminder to take a step back, wind down, and appreciate who you are and what you do.
Don’t beat yourself up too much, show yourself some compassion.
